Mini Piadina "cannolo"

with Hazelnut Cream and Coconut

Procedure

Heat the first side of the Piadina Mini Sfogliata with Durum Wheat for one minute.
As soon as it is turned, spread the hazelnut cream.

After one minute remove the piadina from the heat and add a sprinkling of coconut flour.

Close the piadina into a “cannolo” shape and serve with whipped cream and red fruits.
