Mini piadina

with Beef, Zucchini and Lime

Procedure

Put two tablespoons of oil in a hot frying pan, add the beef strips and sear them on both sides. Season with oil and salt to taste.
Cut the courgettes into julienne strips and chop the lime.

After heating up the Piadina Mini Sfogliata with Durum Wheat one minute per side, stuff with the meat and courgettes. 

Finally, add the lime and serve.
