Procedure

Heat the 3 Piade Rolls with EVO Oil in a non-stick frying pan one minute per side.
Remove from the heat and create the combinations of ingredients:

  1. Crab, peas, salad
  2. Chicken, peppers, salad
  3. Marinated salmon, spreadable cream cheese, salad

Roll up the 3 stuffed piadinas, wrap them separately in cling film. Place in the fridge and leave to rest for at least half an hour.

Cut the stuffed piada rolls into wide rounds and serve.
