Grill the peppers, courgettes and aubergines and cut into strips.
Heat the first side of the Piadina Kamut Bio for a minute, turn and distribute the sliced mozzarella on the heated side.
After this step the piadina is ready to be taken off the heat.
Once placed on the plate add the grilled vegetables.
The piadina can be served!
