Piadina Sfogliata
with Salmon and Avocado
Ingredients
- Piadina «la Sfogliata EVO Oil»
- Smoked Salmon
- Ricotta Cheese
- Dill / Chives
- Avocado
Procedure
Heat the Piadina Sfogliata Olio Evo on the hot pan, one minute per side.
Remove from the pan and distribute the smoked salmon, sliced avocado and ricotta cheese in the desired quantities on top.
Add dill or chives if desired.
Fold the Piadina into a cone and serve.
