Procedure

Grill the chicken and cut it into strips, add salt, oil and pepper.

Cook 2 pieces of La Sfogliata Durum Wheat on the hot skillet, one minute per side.

Once cooked, distribute the grilled chicken, parmesan shavings, tomatoes cut into small pieces, salad and finally yoghurt sauce.

Roll up the piadina like a “Burrito” and serve.
