Briefly heat the piadina before cutting it in half. Fold the rounded part inward, and on the pointed end, place the chocolate shavings.

Fold it into a triangle towards the center, and repeat the process, making a total of three folds.

Fold the edge inward and place it on a hot grill for a few minutes.
