Crunchy Panzanella

with Baguette

Ingredients

  • Baguette
  • Yellow Tomatoes
  • Red Tomatoes
  • Mozzarella or Greek feta cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Fresh basil

Procedure

Cut the baguette into cubes and toast them in a static oven preheated to 200° for about 8 minutes, to make them fragrant.

In a bowl, cut the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella and season to taste with oil, oregano and basil.

Finally add the toasted Baguette cubes.
