Light Piadina

with Mozzarella and Grilled Vegetables

Procedure

Cut the yellow and red peppers, courgettes and aubergines into strips and grill.

Choose a seasoned cheese and cut into pieces.

Heat the first side of the Piadina La Bio Spelt for one minute, turn and distribute the cheese in pieces on the heated side.

After this step the piadina is ready to be taken off the heat.

Once placed on the plate add the grilled vegetables.

The piadina can be served!
