Mexican chicken tacos

with Hard Wheat Puff Pastry

Procedure

Grill the chicken breast and cut into strips.

Cut the avocado into thin slices and season with lime and extra virgin olive oil.

Chop the red onion, parsley and cut the cherry tomatoes.

Heat 3 pieces of la Sfogliata Durum Wheat one minute per side, stuff with the grilled chicken, avocado, tomatoes, onion, and parsley.

Serve hot with chilli sauce.
