Mexican chicken tacos

  • Chicken breast
  • Red Onion
  • Parsley
  • Lime
  • Fresh Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Chili Sauce


Grill the chicken breast and cut into strips.

Cut the avocado into thin slices and season with lime and extra virgin olive oil.

Chop the red onion, parsley and cut the cherry tomatoes.

Heat 3 pieces of Play Piada for a minute on each side, stuff with the grilled chicken, avocado, tomatoes, onion and parsley.

Serve hot with chilli sauce.
