Mini piadina
with Salmon and Spreadable Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- Piadina «Mini Sfogliata EVO Oil»
- Smoked Salmon
- Cream Cheese
- Chives
Procedure
Heat the Piadina Mini Sfogliata EVO Oil in a non-stick frying pan one minute per side.
Once placed on the plate, add the slices of smoked salmon, spreadable cream cheese and chives.
If desired, add the thinly sliced avocado.
Roll up the mini piadina and serve.
