Procedure

Heat the piadina in a suitable pan and place it on a serving plate.

Proceed with the assembly: garnish with baby spinach, prosciutto crudo, sliced figs, and walnuts. Finish with a drizzle of honey.

Serve the piadina either open-faced or folded in half.
