with Salmon and Avocado

Procedure

Heat the Piadina Romagnola PGI Olive Oil on the hot pan, one minute per side.

Remove from the heat and distribute the smoked salmon, sliced avocado and red onion and rocket on top.

Fold the piadina and cut in half.

Serve and share with whoever you like!
