Piadina with Durum Wheat
with Speck and Grana Padano Cheese
Ingredients
- Piadina «Sfogliata with Durum Wheat»
- Speck
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salad
Procedure
Heat the Piadina Sfogliata Durum Wheat on the hot pan, one minute per side.
Remove from the heat and distribute speck, Grano Padano shavings and lettuce in the desired quantities on top.
Fold the Piadina into a cone and serve.
