Savory Quiche

with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Procedure

Place the piadina inside a pie dish, pressing the edges to mold it with your hands.

Add sliced zucchini, fresh spinach leaves, sun-dried tomatoes, cubed mozzarella, and beaten eggs inside the piadina.

Bake the quiche in the oven or air fryer for 15 minutes at 170°C (338°F).

Once cooled, slice and serve.
