Peanut butter roll

with banana, raspberry jam and hazelnut crumbs

Lightly heat the piadina in a frying pan with not too high a flame.

Spread peanut butter on the piadina, add the jam, sprinkle hazelnut granola, and finally, place the peeled banana in the center.

Roll up the piadina and compress it well.

Finish the roll with a drizzle of peanut butter and a sprinkle of hazelnut granola.
