with Beet Hummus
Ingredients
- Piadina Romagnola alla Riminese PGI with EVO Oil
- Cooked Cheakpeas
- Beetroot
- Lime
- EVO Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Paprika
- Cumin Powder
- Fresh Parsley
Procedure
Hummus: drain the cooked chickpeas, put them into a container and add all the other ingredients. Blend until a thick cream is obtained and adjust with salt, lemon or other spices according to personal taste.
Heat the Piadina Romagnola alla Riminese PGI with EVO Oilone minute per side and cut into wedges.
The dish can now be served!
