Tigelle Emiliane
with Pesto Modenese and Grana Padano Cheese
Ingredients
- Tigelle of the Emilia Romagna Region
- Pesto from Modena
- Grana Padano Cheese
Procedure
Heat the Tigelle Emiliane in a non-stick pan with the lid closed for one minute on each side.
Remove from the heat and spread the Pesto Modenese.
Finally sprinkle the Grana Padano cheese.
The dish is ready!
