Tigelle of the Emilia Romagna region

with Salami and Provola



Heat the Mini Tigelle of the Emilia-Romagna Region in a non-stick pan with the lid closed for one minute on each side.
Remove from the heat and place a slice of Provola cheese, a slice of salami and a green olive on top of each one. Fix everything with a toothpick.
Be creative with other cold meats and cheeses.
