Mini piadina with sweet ricotta, chocolate chips, hazelnuts, raspberries
Ingredients
- Sfogliata Mini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Ricotta Cheese
- Icing sugar
- Dark chocolate
- Hazelnuts
- Raspberries
Procedure
Mix ricotta cheese with icing sugar.
Toast the Sfogliata Mini Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a hot pan for 1 minute on each side and fill with ricotta cheese, plenty of dark chocolate chips, chopped hazelnuts and raspberries.
Mini piadina with chocolate cream, bananas and roasted peanuts
Ingredients
- Sfogliata Mini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh cream
- Dark chocolate
- Banana
- Peanuts
Procedure
Heat the fresh cream and melt the chocolate into slivers.
Toast the Sfogliata Mini Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a hot pan for 1 minute per side.
Fill with the chocolate cream, banana slices and chopped peanuts.
Mini piadina with honey and lemon ricotta, figs and caramelised almonds
Ingredients
- Sfogliata Mini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Ricotta Cheese
- Honey
- Lemon peel
- Figs
- Caramelised almonds
Procedure
Mix the ricotta with a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of grated lemon zest.
Toast the Sfogliata Mini Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a hot pan for 1 minute per side.
Stuff with the honey ricotta, sliced figs and caramelised almonds.
Mini piadina with caramelised prunes and sweet cheese
Ingredients
- Sfogliata Mini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Prunes
- Spreadable Cream Cheese
- Icing sugar
- Brown sugar
Procedure
Fry the prunes in wedges with the brown sugar.
Mix the spreadable cheese with the icing sugar.
Toast the Sfogliata Mini Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a hot pan for 1 minute on each side and stuff with the cheese and prunes.
