Lightly heat the piadina in a frying pan with not too high a flame.
Spread chocolate spread evenly over the piadina and add shredded coconut.
Roll up the piadina and compress it well. Roll the piadina and press it firmly. Cut the roll in half, and then each half into halves until you have eight pieces of the same size.
Place all the rolls on a serving plate, forming the shape of a Christmas tree. Complete the display with a drizzle of melted chocolate and more shredded coconut to create a snow-like effect.
