Break the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper and beat until smooth.

Place the bacon slices in the cold pan. Turn on the heat on a medium flame and cook until golden and crispy.

Heat La Sfogliata Grano Duro in a nonstick pan for 20 seconds.

Garnish with the egg and cheddar mixture combined with the bacon.

Close the piada, wrap it and serve.
