Christmas Tartlets

With salmon, goat cheese and eggs

Procedure

Use Christmas-themed cookie cutters to cut out shapes from the piadinas.

Place the shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with beaten egg and bake in a ventilated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.

Once baked and cooled, stuff the shapes by pairing two equal shapes with goat cheese and slices of smoked salmon.

Arrange them in the center of the table along with the other Christmas appetizers and share them with the family.
