Exotic Burritos

with Salmon, Mango, Avocado and Venus Rice

Procedure

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add a clove of garlic.

Add the salmon and fry over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.

In the meantime, cook the Venus rice, cut the mango and avocado into cubes and season to taste (with salt, oil, lemon, etc.).

Heat la Sfogliata Durum Wheat in a nonstick skillet for 20 seconds.

Garnish with salmon, rice, mango and avocado. Finally close as “Burritos” and serve.
