Add two tablespoons of oil and lemon juice to a hot pan, add the shrimps and cook over a high heat until golden brown.

Combine the parsley and chopped peppers in a dish and season to taste.

Cut the avocado and lemon into thin slices.

After heating up 3 piadine Sfogliata Mini with Durum Wheat for a minute on each side, fill them with shrimps, avocado, lemon, peppers, parsley and serve hot with a desired sauce (we recommend tzatziki sauce).
