Piada Wrap

with Beef and Peppers

Ingredients

  • Piada Roll
  • Beef Stripes
  • Yellow and Red Peppers
  • Salad
  • Mayonnaise

Procedure

Cook the beef strips with a little oil in a non-stick pan and season with spices to taste.

Cut the red and yellow peppers into strips and cook (steam or grill).

Heat the Piada Roll in a frying pan for one minute on each side.

Remove from the heat and place the various ingredients in the centre: the strips, the peppers, the salad and finally the mayonnaise.

Roll up and serve wrapped in a napkin.
