Procedure

Lightly heat the piadina in a frying pan with not too high a flame.

Spread the cream cheese on the piadina and add arugula, smoked salmon and sesame seeds.

Roll up the piadina and compress it well. Cut the roll into 8 equal parts.

Garnish the rolls with sesame seeds and serve.
