Piadina with Cherry Tomatoes and Buffalo Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • La Bio Kamut
  • Mixed colorful cherry tomatoes (red, yellow, and orange)
  • Buffalo mozzarella
  • Arugula
  • Basil leaves
  • Pitted black olives
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to taste

Procedure

Heat the piadina in a suitable pan and place it on a serving plate.

Proceed with the assembly: garnish with arugula, cherry tomatoes sliced into rounds, buffalo mozzarella, pitted olives, and basil leaves. Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Serve the piadina open to enhance the colors.
