Piadina cone

with Chicken, Tomatoes and Avocado

Procedure

Grill the chicken and cut into strips. Add salt, oil and pepper to taste.
Heat the Piadina Bio EVO Oil in a hot non-stick frying pan, one minute per side.
Remove from the heat and spread the avocado sauce on the piadina, distribute the grilled chicken, add the tomatoes and avocado slices.

Fold the piadina into a cone shape and serve.
