Cut the piadinas in half and then into quarters. Lightly heat the wedges in a pan to make them more pliable. Roll each piadina wedge into a cone shape and secure it with two toothpicks. Place the piadina cones in an air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 180 degrees.
Meanwhile, blend the avocado with olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper using an immersion blender until you achieve a smooth cream.
Once the piadina cones are ready, fill them with the avocado cream and garnish with sesame seeds.
