Piadina Romagnola

with Sausage, Yellow Cherry Tomatoes and Rocket

Ingredients

Procedure

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and put in the well-drained sausage together with the rosemary and brown it for about 5 minutes.
Cut the yellow cherry tomatoes and season with salt, oil and oregano.

Heat the Piadina Romagnola alla Riminese PGI in a non-stick frying pan for one minute on each side.
Remove from the heat and add the sausage, the yellow cherry tomatoes and finally the rocket.

Fold it, cut in half and serve.
