Piadina Fit Cake

with Blueberries and Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 High Pro piadina
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 70g natural yogurt
  • 30g erythritol or sugar
  • Blueberries
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Procedure

Place the piadina inside a cake pan and press the edges firmly, shaping it with your hands.

Slice a banana and arrange the slices at the base of the cake.

In a separate bowl, mix the egg, yogurt, erythritol, blueberries, and, if desired, cinnamon. Transfer the mixture over the banana base.
