Protein Piadina Tortilla

with Avocado, Egg, and Cheese

Cut the avocado in half and mash the pulp with a fork together with lime juice, salt, and chopped parsley.

Scramble two eggs in a pan with salt and pepper.

Fill the tortilla: place the mashed avocado pulp, a slice of spreadable cheese, and the scrambled eggs in the center of the open piadina. Fold by bringing the four sides towards the center, forming a pocket fold.

Place the closed tortilla in the air fryer with the closure facing downwards and cook at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
