Vegan Wrap

with lentils, chickpeas, peppers and beans

Ingredients

  • Piadina La Bio EVO Oil
  • Chickpea Hummus
  • Chickpeas
  • Lentils
  • Beans
  • Yellow and Red Peppers
  • Parsley
  • EVO Oil
  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • White onion

Procedure

Season the chickpeas, lentils and beans in a pan with a little oil, celery, carrot and onion. Adjust with salt.

Cut the peppers into small pieces and season to taste.

Heat the Piadina La Bio EVO Oil in a non-stick frying pan for 20 seconds.

Spread the chickpea hummus on top and garnish with the legumes and peppers.

Close the piada as a “Wrap“ and serve.
